Accommodation:
There are six international five
star hotels in Nepal with not only modern facilities
but also with the influence of the traditional architecture
and art. Beside these five star hotels we do have four
stars, three star categories of hotels to cater the
need of our valued clients. Apart from these, there
are also many good resorts and hotels in Kathmandu valley
as well as in different parts of the country.
Visa Regulation
A tourist visa is necessary to
enter Nepal. A single entry visa for 60 days can be
obtained from any Royal Nepalese Embassy or Consulate
in your Country upon the payment US$ 30.00 and for multiple
Visa for 60 days US$ 55.00. If any one, wish to extend
their visa, can do so, upon the payment of US$ 50.00
per month at the Department of Immigration located at
New Baneswar, Kathmandu. The Visa can also be obtained
at the Tribhuban International Airport Kathmandu in
the Immigration point, upon arrival.
Currency Exchange
It is illegal to exchange foreign
currency with individuals and organization other then
authorized dealers (banks, hotels, and licensed Money
- changers). In order to change surplus rupees at time
of your departure from Nepal, please make sure that
you have saved your encasement receipts, which you must
produce for the change. A bank located at the Airport
departure lounge helps you in process. Please also be
informed the currency mostly in use is USD & EURO,
Hotels do accept credit card and cheque.
